Our services are tailored to suit your needs so that you can remain independent in your own home. Our friendly, local staff deliver in the Nambucca, Bellingen and Coffs Harbour LGAs.

If you require assistance, you now need to access services by contacting the MyAgedCare team on 1800 200 422. You can also find extra information on the Government portal MyAgedCare.gov.au. They are the first port of call for all services, they will advise if an assessment is required and will send someone to talk to you. Whilst on the phone to them, you can suggest you would like services through your preferred provider, to ensure you receive the quality services you are expecting.

The assessor will also let you know if you are eligible for a home support service, a low support package (level 1 or 2) or if you require a higher level of support (level 3 or 4).
