Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Children’s Day

Lifetime Connect celebrates Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Children’s Day. ‘Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families and communities have provided love and care for their children, growing them up strong and safe in their cultural traditions, for thousands of generations’ SNAICC – ‘PROUD IN CULTURE, STRONG IN SPIRIT’.

For the past five years we have held a Mini Olympics to celebrate this wonderful day at Scotts Head for Nambucca Valley children under the age of 7. Sadly due to Covid-19 restrictions we can not go ahead this week. We hope to be able to later in the year. Wishing everyone a very happy NATIONAL ABORIGINAL AND TORRES STRAIT ISLANDER CHILDREN’S DAY 2021.
