The Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented candidate to join our team in our Nambucca Heads office. With-in this unique role the successful candidate will have the opportunity to inspire and collaborate with a team of dedicated educators from both of our Family Day Care and OOSH Children’s Services. This is a Permanent Part-time Opportunity Monday to Friday (35 hours per week)

What we’re looking for?

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication to engage with clients, service providers, and stakeholders.
  • Strong administration skills juggling multiple priorities at any given time.
  • The ability to process payments electronically
  • Maintain compliance and regulatory checks
  • Support the Nominated supervisor with any ad hoc duties
  • A wellbeing and health champion for the services
  • Report writing and submission of reports
  • Someone with a solid understanding in the OOSH and Children services space

 

Desirable

  • Demonstrated knowledge of my time our place framework
  • Cert IV or Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care
  • Understanding of the Child Care subsidy system and ability to perform software application for compliance.
  • Software experience using OWNA or Harmony
