Lifetime Connect is currently seeking an Educational Leader (OOSH)/Coordination Unit Support Officer to join the Coordination Unit (Family Day Care and OOSH) team.

Our ideal candidate understands the significance of bringing children, parents ,the community and the environment into the educational, play and leisure journey providing opportunities for each child and team member to reach their full potential.

With this unique role the successful candidate will have the opportunity to inspire and collaborate with a team of dedicated educators from both of our Children’s Services.

The role is a minimum of 28 hours per week.

Skills and Experience: 

About you:

  • Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or equivalent as recognised by the Australian Children’s Education & Care Quality Authority (ACECQA)
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the early childhood industry
  • Sound working knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and the Early Years Learning Framework/ My Time Our Place (MTOP)
  • Current First Aid, Child Protection, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma management training.
  • Current Police Check
  • Current Working with Childrens Check
  • Current NDIS worker check
  • Excellent proven written and verbal skills
  • Strong collaborative style and staff leadership and supervision experience
  • Experience working with programs such as Harmony and OWNA, Microsoft teams
  • Knowledge of Child Safe Standards

About the Role:

  • Educational Leader – OOSH
  • Working in a collaborative partnership with Family Day Care Educators
  • Providing administration support to the Coordination Unit including processing of CCS and invoices
