About the Opportunity

Lifetime Connect have an opportunity for Support Workers to join their dedicated team in Coffs Harbour. The position involves working with clients within the community. This is a casual position with flexible hours to suit your availability.

Duties include domestic assistance, social support, transport, personal care and supporting our clients to maintain their independence within the community.

Essential Criteria

  • Minimum Certificate III in aged care, desirable but not essential
  • Previous aged care cleaning experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and as part of a team
  • Drivers licence and access to own vehicle
  • Willingness to undergo a police background check
  • Ability to work in harmony with the philosophy of Lifetime Connect

The support worker will be reliable, empathetic and professional while communicating with the office regularly. There will be a range of different services available including weekend work also. You are regarded as someone who is passionate and a great communicator.
