Our services are delivered in the Nambucca, Bellingen and Coffs Harbour LGAs.
Once you have been assessed to receive a Home Care Package (Level 1,2,3, or 4), you have the opportunity to choose a reputable provider that can provide you with the quality of services you require, with friendly professional staff.
Packages are delivered in a consumer direct model, giving more opportunity for you to have a say about how funds are allocated and provide options for choice and flexibility. This means you have choices about who delivers services to you and when they are delivered. You are supported to choose the type of services that will allow you to stay at home, as long as it meets legal and safety requirements.
Care plans can include support with personal care, general support around the house and help to stay healthy. Our Service Advisors are qualified and trained to help you develop a care plan, an individualised budget and to provide ongoing support.
Funding is provided by the Australian & NSW Governments. A small contribution may be required by you in the delivery of these services. Don’t hesitate to contact us if you would like more information.
