Veterans Home Care Program

Our Veterans’ Home Care Program (VHC) includes a range of services to help support eligible veterans, war widows and widowers to remain living independently in their own homes for longer.

Gold or White Repatriation Health Care Card holders need to call the VHC Assessment Team to check if they are eligible for these services.
