Ali is a Counsellor and Provisional Psychologist who brings a practical, down-to-earth approach to supporting children, teens, young adults (ages 0-25), families and carers. Life gets messy (we’ve all been there!)… and that’s okay.

Her sessions are creative, playful and engaging-using play, journalling, art, craft and storytelling to help kids and teens explore big feelings and build confidence, while giving young adults a space to reflect, reset and grow through meaningful conversation and practical strategies.

With experience in schools, homes and community settings, Ali knows that flexibility matters, offering sessions where people feel most comfortable. Her holistic approach aims to honour each family’s culture, values and unique story.

Using evidence-based strategies, Ali supports children, teenagers and young adults to manage anxiety, grow social skills, navigate emotional or developmental challenges, and build resilience.

Parents and carers are part of the journey too, learning tools that nurture communication and connection at home.

Because therapy should feel human, helpful… and maybe even a little fun.
