We provide in home care services that can help you maintain your independence and stay at home for longer. We provide a person-centred approach that puts your needs, aspirations and goals  at the forefront of your directed care. Our services offer custom care options needed for seniors to live independently and happily in their own home.

Home Care Packages

We will walk with you through the My Aged Care journey so that you can concentrate on things that matter to you. Our Home Care Packages provide safe and effective services and supports that optimises your independence, health, wellbeing, and quality of life. Home Care Packages provide subsidised aged care services to support and enable older people to continue living at home.

Care Finder Program

Lifetime Connect Care Finder Program is a free service funded under the Australian Government through the Primary Heath Network (PHN) that supports older Australians to connect with MY AGED CARE and access local aged care services and other community supports. Lifetime Connects Care Finder program covers Coffs Harbour, Bellingen, and Nambucca Valley areas.

Our Food Services team is here to make food and meal preparation easy and stress free for you as we know life can get busy. The Lifetime Connect Food Services range is affordable, nutritious quality, and delicious meals. Our menu caters for a diverse range of tastes, dietary requirements, and appetites. We deliver right to your door, fresh five days per week or frozen for your convenience.
